Our unadulterated wild multifloral forest honey comes from the pristine Idukki forest reserves. Our honey is harvested only once a year during March- April in small quantities hence only fresh harvest is what we have to offer.
The uniqueness of our honey is that we don't mix honey from different hives and keep them separate thus keeping the unique flavour and other characteristics intact. Honey from each hive has its unique taste, aroma, appearance and viscosity.
Since our honey comes from the forest and not from any plantation it doesn't taste like any particular fruit or flower but has a characteristic taste of wild honey like it should be.
