Our Malabar Tamarind comes from the backyards of our farmers in the high ranges of Idukki. Collected rightly and processed with care and precision, our Malabar Tamarind in sun-dried and then pickled with salt to store. The irreplacable ingredient to the Kerala Fish Curry, this spice is said to have incredible medicianal properities and  is also used to make summer drinks.
