Along with creamy flavours it has sweet and nutty taste notes, making it a right match with desserts. With distinct circular shape and smaller pods in comparison to newer high yielding varieties, Palakudi, is a rarity these days and grown only in specific regions along the cardamom hills tract. Our farmers use zero budget natural farming and microbial controls to grow our Palakudi naturally. The raw cardamom is slow dried over a period of 24 hours, polished,sorted and hand sorted before packaging.

I never could imagine that a humble kheer or a simple chai could get a magical twist! It's hard to find a good cardamom with a lot of flavor, at least that's my experience. The cardamom from Graamya is amazing. I use it for baking, preparing sweets and in savory dishes. It is fragrant and very tasty.
